Starting an Assisted Living Facility can see daunting. There are a lot of things required before getting started. I know when I started, I was so confused with everything. There were regulations, and inspections, supplies I needed, forms, and more forms. I remember sitting on the floor of our first house and spreading out all the forms I had to see if I could figure out how to create some sort of order from what seemed like utter chaos to me.

I remember wishing I had someone to explain all the forms to me and how to use them. I wanted to watch someone do all of it before I started. I didn’t have that person, but I decided I wouldn’t let that stop me. I knew I wanted to own and operate an Assisted Living and I would figure it out.

I’m writing to this to encourage you to go for it. If it’s something that you really want to go, go for it and know that you can figure it out. And for everything in between, I am here to teach you how to use some pretty awesome things I only learned after years of practice.
